Nous sommes très insatisfaits. La machine est arrivée mais ne fonctionne pas. Le compresseur n'était pas opérationnel. Dommage pour une machine à glace. Voilà 1 mois que nous avons reçu la machine et que nous n'avons toujours pas fait de glace pour nos résidents et notre personnel!!!

We could not get it to work and all you have is an email and no one got back to us for 3 days. When you did get back to us, you just asked for videos and were NO help at all. I will not be purchasing anything from you ever again! I ended up paying someone to come to our location and show me what was the issue.

J'ai acheté la machine il y a moins d'un an elle a très bien fonctionné mais cette année au redémarrage de la saison un problème au ventilateur et le service client est inexistant. Ils promettent des réponses de technicien sous 24h / 2 jours et jamais de réponse depuis plus d'une semaine ! Aucun numéro de téléphone, uniquement des robots à qui parler ! Très décevant de ce site je n'y achèterai plus rien ! La machine est encore sous garantie et aucune réponse de leur part !!!

I never had such a negligent support experiance with Vevor before. The machine arrived with a broken screw on the front plate, making the machine unusable because it is leaking this way and can't be properly assembled. Support has been delaying properly sending a replacement part for a very long time now and wanting me to pay all related import taxes and duties on the replacement part instead of just sending the part from an EU location. The machine itself also has rust on multiple places and dents and scratches on the side panels and Support was quite negligent and ignorant about this too. This is outrageous! I am very disappointed!

Dopo averla sballata ed installata l'ho accesa ma presenta un problema che sembrava un aereo a reazione è impossibile lavorare in un locale con questa macchina accesa è assordante. Ho contattato l'assistenza Ma hanno tempi biblici e continuano a rispondere dicendomi la sua richiesta è stata presa in carico servono 48 ore ed ogni giorno prolungano di 48 ore. Mi sono pentito dell'acquisto Spero mi rimborsino e che se la riprendono indietro. È impossibile inviargli i video perché il formato non lo supportano e però pretendono un video. qua c'è. This machine died on us after 1 month of using it. We have a warranty, but impossible to reach the support. Save yourself the headache. This is not reliable at all.
