Plastic backed(while still remaing quiet) , standing leg guards, premium absorption and wicking, elastic waist, tapes that actually stay. All that at around $1/diaper. What else could you possibly ask for? These can easily serve Abena, Totaldry, Unique Wellness users with no change to your schedule. Update: After using about a package (10), I have noticed that on a couple, the bottom tapes do move while sleeping. It's not an issue that changes my rating, but you may need to use additional tape to affix them for an active sleeper.

I love these diapers. They fit great, snug and secure. They absorb a lot, too, and are very comfortable, even when wet. No sag or extreme bulge. Best kept secret in adult diapers.

Not a bad diaper for the price. Pretty thick and absorbent. Not as crinkly as I prefer but they are plastic backed.

I do not write reviews often unless I am very impressed. I have nocturnal enuresis and have worn diapers all my life. I have tried all sorts of diapers over the years. ConfiDry 24/7 were my favorite but they got discontinued. MegaMax are very good but very expensive. You name it I have probably tried it. These diapers for the price cant be beat. They are very comfortable, well designed, and are very absorbent; for the price they cant be beat.

VEVOR once again produces a product that does not disappoint. These briefs are comfortable and functional. The plastic backing helps prevent odors and wicking that you tend to see in the \"cloth like\" alternatives. The tapes seem to hold great and allow you to reposition them. These may not be classified as a \"premium\" brief, but they definitely out perform most brands you can get in big box stores and are way more comfortable. PLEASE don't change a thing and allow a subscribe and save option!

Ok so what seemed like a bargain turned out to be a lemon . I don't know if I got back packs or what but when wet the plastic splits this makes them useless which is a shame as the cut is good and so was the price but what good are they if the plastic tears and splits under light use. I might try them again but not sure

Not the greatest in the world, they leaked, the way it’s advertise, I thought I was only getting one bag, but instead got an entire case and when it’s that cheap on the price well let’s just say the product is not that very high of quality. I don’t do the can ham reviews and hate to see the same reviews on different products, saying that these are the greatest thing ever. They are abut one step up from depends so definitely quantity over quality, if you have overactive bladder problems I definitely don’t recommend these.
