The garden shade has allowed us, with our young family, to spend as much time in the garden when it's warm as want to. Without the shade we were having to hide from the sun, this has provided a low cost solution. The instructions took a little bit of working out but once we had figured them out, everything was easy enough. We have added a side sheet to give us a bit more shade.

Sorry I am able to comment on this item as I purchased it at half price. Vevor failed to to complete my order stating that they had lost my order in the system (after two weeks of looking) but they would not send out a replacement and never stated why? Then just put the money back on my card, even after I asked them to honour my order.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It’s absolutely rubbish!! They sent 4 incorrect parts and it took 10 messages to them over 2 weeks to get them to understand what the issue was. Instead of sending me the correct parts, they offered me a partial discount and asked me to sort out the issues. This was not possible so I demanded a full refund, and then had to take it to the tip! What a waste of time and so bad for the environment! Absolutely atrocious customer service and product was crap!!

Although reasonable price and looks nice with the additional decorative features, it was still a big purchase for us brought for a special family occasion, but the after sale service has been so poor we have given up trying now to resolve our issue. We were missing some of the decorative parts, sent emails, part numbers, photos, many times to Vevor but just keep getting emails back saying we haven't replied. Even the on line chat got us nowhere. There is no phone number to actually call and speak to someone - of course there isn't. So really disappointed in the Company. It's a poor way to treat your customers, but what's the point of continuing trying to get our missing parts.
