A) can I purchase more sliding blocks to add to the rails? B) can I use these sideways like draw-runners?

You can purchase more sliders to add to the guide rail. We currently do not sell accessories separately, you need to search and purchase them on other platforms. You can use these sliders laterally like draw-runners.
