Does this motor have any speed restrictions on it if so how do i get rid of them

Can you explain what the brake connections do? Does the motor use regenerative braking to recharge the battery when either brake contact is made? Do you know if one controller can control 2 motors at the same time? Thank you

Is this motor air cooled? I'm surprised at the lack of fins if it is. Can it be converted to water cooling? I am thinking of wrapping 10mm copper pipe around it and pumping cold water through the pipe.
