we are interested in the Vevor Hand Water Pump W/ Stand Cast Iron Outdoor Well Garden Farm Irrigation. Our has a total depth of 17 feet and has a water depth of 4 feet. would this pump work with our well ??? Does the "down pipe" come with the pump ? or is this purchased separately ?
