Can I use the pulley / blade mechanism.with the pole length extended to it's longest setting, i.e. is the rope long enough to pull?

If it is 8 meters, it is difficult to operate the pole with one hand and pull the rope with the other. At such a high height, it is recommended to use a saw blade.
