I have the green vevor 5.8 badge making machine. I recently bought the refill badge pack with metal and plastic bottom parts. The plastic ones are fine but the metal ones won't make into the badges. Do I need to adjust the machine in some way to use them?

If you are making a 58mm metal backplate badge, you need to add a height-increasing washer inside the mold.
