What is the minimum height for the sensors

The installation height needs to be more than 1m above the ground, away from obstacles such as trees and radio equipment. Such as amateur radios, wireless baby monitors, pet wireless electronic fences, communication base stations, not suitable for metal panel houses.

Hello, I have a VEVOR 7 in 1 weather station with wifi. I have set up using IP address provided but am missing weathercloud credentials. When i try to connect to set up page on IP address, it is asking me for ID and password. What are they?

Hello, here’s how to fix your issues: IP Setup Page Login: The page at http://192.168.1.1 has no default ID/password. First, press and hold the WIFI button on the weather station for 3+ seconds to enter AP mode. Connect your phone/PC to the station’s Wi-Fi named WWS-XXXXXX (no password). Then access the IP page directly—no login needed. WeatherCloud Credentials: VEVOR does not provide these. Please register a free account at https://weathercloud.

What is the 'dedicated app' needed to view the weather station data called? The manual doesn't mention an app and your website only says use the dedicated app to access data on your smartphone... Very helpful, not!

I have connected the weather station to my home WiFi and it has an IP address. However I cannot reconnect to the stations settings page to enter Wunderground settings etc. How do I reconnect? I have tried typing the default IP address 192.168.1.1. And the new IPaddress and neither work

This product does not have Wi-Fi function. Please confirm whether the model number on the product sticker behind the display is YT60231 or YT60234.
