What weather can this actually handle? The advert states this is "windproof and rain proof" Then the "about this item" section states "to fold up during inclement weather and snowy conditions" Which means unpleasant weather? Can i please have clarification on this? Thank you

The product is windproof and rainproof. It should be put away during storms. Snow should be handled in time on snowy days. The snow should be cleared in time and should not exceed 8CM, otherwise it will collapse easily.
