Don't know. They are very robust and have no problem holding water. Probably best to use them only when needed rather expecting them to be a permanent fixture.
Water inlet and outlet are in the same place, if you want to put away the flood barrier, please try to choose dry and windy weather, turn the valve of the water bag to one side, loosen the valve to drain.
Stacking might work, but I don't think they are made for that. Would work great to keep out 6 inches of water height, but I would not want to count on them working if stacked.
