Are these mats suitable for an outdoor gym area ? Will sunlight/UV damage them ?

We do not recommend using this product outdoors, as direct sunlight will accelerate the aging of the rubber surface. If you accept replacing it after a period of time, it can still be used outdoors. There is no absolute rule.
