Are the doors reversible

Yes. If you want to have the door open from the left or right. You can just flip it upside down to attach either way.

Depends on how you handle your food. Keep place clean, rodents can’t chew through stainless steel

No but you can simply mount it upside down to achieve the same effect

Do the doors come predrilled for the handles? Are the handle placement switchable, left to right ?

The door is welded to the frame. But you can mount the frame either way, with the door opening to the right or the door opening to the left.
