Q:
Can the length be cut to fit a specific space?
Answer This Question
A:
Maybe, but I would cut the yellow cover separate from the black base. The cover is a harder plastic, while the base is more like rubber.

Q:
How does it stick/mount to concrete so in doesn’t move around?
Answer This Question
A:
Normally, you can use an electric drill to drill holes, and then install and fix the Cable Protector Ramp with screws. If it is a cover type, it is not recommended to pass the car.
